Met uitzondering van de arbitrageclausule zijn de Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden, gedeponeerd door de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Expeditie en Logistiek ter Griffie van de Rechtbank te Rotterdam, laatste versie, van toepassing op al onze activiteiten als expediteur inclusief douane- en belastinggerelateerde zaken wanneer wij optreden namens een opdrachtgever. Op al onze overige werkzaamheden zijn van toepassing de Logistieke Dienstverleningsvoorwaarden (LSV 2014), zoals gedeponeerd ter Griffie van de Rechtbank te Rotterdam, laatste versie, met uitzondering van de arbitrageclausule. Een exemplaar van deze Logistieke Dienstverleningsvoorwaarden is hier beschikbaar. Op uw eerste verzoek sturen wij u kosteloos een exemplaar van deze voorwaarden toe.
 
Tenzij wij per omgaande van u het tegendeel vernemen, gaan wij ervan uit dat u bekend bent en akkoord gaat met de inhoud van deze voorwaarden. Bij een eventueel geschil over welke voorwaarden van toepassing zijn en/of in welke hoedanigheid wij optreden, ligt bij ons de exclusieve keuze ter zake. Algemene voorwaarden die u zou willen gebruiken, wijzen wij hierbij uitdrukkelijk van de hand. Op deze overeenkomst is Nederlands recht van toepassing met als bevoegd forum de rechtbank Roermond. Wij behouden ons het recht voor de offerte en/of onze tarieven te herzien in geval van kostenstijgingen. Door met ons een Overeenkomst aan te gaan, zijn wij gerechtigd eventuele toepasselijke voorwaarden van in te schakelen Partijen met betrekking tot de Overeenkomst door ons te aanvaarden.

With the exception of the arbitration clause, the Dutch Freight Forwarding Conditions deposited by the Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics at the Registry of the Court of Rotterdam, latest version, apply to all our operations as freight forwarder including customs and tax related matters when acting on behalf of a principal. Unless we hear from you to the contrary by immediate return, we shall assume that you are familiar with and agree to the content of these conditions. In the case of a possible dispute as to which conditions apply and/or for which means of activities, we ourselves have the exclusive choice in such matter. We hereby expressly reject any standard terms and conditions which you may wish to impose. This agreement shall be subject to the laws of The Netherlands with the place of jurisdiction in Roermond, The Netherlands. We reserve the right to review the quote and/or our rates in case of costs increases. By entering into an Agreement with us, we are entitled to accept any applicable terms and conditions of Parties to be involved as in relation to the Agreement by us.
